I always have three sizes of condoms and prefer not to use latex as much as possible, as I find it the least bothering. I use Skyn Original and Large. For the little condoms, I use the Four Seasons Naked Closer (just because the mini non-latex condom looks like a unicorn - impossible to find!) Relax in a box nearby (more on that later). My trick is ~ Girlfriend Experience ~, and as we all know, men can have a sensitive ego. Over the years I've discovered that my clients are intimidated if they see a huge box of 100 condoms by the bed, so I only keep some condoms.
I've tried a lot of lube, and my absolute favourite is Swiss Navy Water Based. It's cheap, non-sticky, a little goes a long way, doesn't need to be reapplied frequently, and it doesn't irritate my sensitive vagina that's prone to thrush. You can buy the Swiss Navy in different sizes. I love the small pump bottles (250ml or less) as you can grab the bottle, dispense it in the palm of your hand and apply, all with one hand when you're in a tough situation. They also come in a larger size than you can pour into smaller pump bottles (again, to satisfy the needs of the classy guy who might get annoyed with a 2 liter bottle of lube).
Massage oil is essential for long bookings. It's an excellent wastage and a great excuse to lie down and do a lot of nothing. I love L’Occitane oils because they smell so good. But, PSA is important: the oil is incompatible with condoms. Even if you can't see a condom tear, oils can create microtears that make condoms less effective at protecting against STIs and pregnancy (this includes coconut oil). So, you have two options here:
Use a condom compatible massage oil (such as JO Massage All-in-One)
Use some of your booking time to give and receive the message, then use more time to shower to get rid of the oil. I tend to go for this option!
Personally, I am not a fan of games. Each one is its own, but I have found that more often than not, customers are not well-versed in how to use the games properly, and it ends up being a painful experience. Because of this, I only have two games, and I keep them out of sight unless a customer asks to do so. My favourite toys for injury-free play are the Mini Bullet Vibrator and Leatherette Rod. I use WeVibe Tango because it is rechargeable, so I don't have to worry about the batteries. But, if you are particularly concerned about incompetent customers driving the vibrator, try to get a toy very cheap so that the vibration is not as strong and there is less chance that the hyperactive customer will hurt you. This is the same reason I prefer gel dildo over solids - less risk of injury.

It's ridiculously cheap, not all of it is messy and weird, and when you pull it out of the package, you get one instead of ten (you know what I mean - the struggle is real). Now, I know baby wipes aren't the most environmentally friendly option. But, as an outsider, I can't stand the idea of having a towel with bodily fluids everywhere sitting in my sink until I have enough soiled towels to wash a load (seriously, can you imagine the smell?) So, baby wipes are for me. After booking, I put any garbage in a nappy bag before throwing it in the trash to prevent odour.
Now, we talked about the fluffy male ego and keeping some condoms on the bedside table. Keep more condoms in a small box of Ikea Huggies on hand, in case you need more. This is just a box, but it is not just a box. It's the perfect size for three rows of condoms plus a great supply of diaper bags and an extra bottle of lube. Seriously, I didn't think I could love the box that much, but here I am. I also have a few larger Huggies boxes under the bed where I keep my toys, extra baby wipes, diaper bags, and sponges.

This is where I keep it simple. All linens and towels are white. Massage oil and lube stains are less noticeable on white, and white is simple to keep clean and clean. A quick tip to keep white linens fresh: Put a bleach tablet in the washing machine with each load.
In the bathroom, I leave only one bath mat and towel for the customer. It is essential that there are no other towels in the bathroom. If you leave other towels insight, you will end up using 92 towels, despite the fact that they only have one body (and you will curse yourself as you do the laundry for the rest of the day). Trust me, keep your other towels elsewhere. Make sure to put bathroom rugs on the floor for them. If you don't, you will end up with unused bathroom brushes and slippery like the floor of hell. Instead, you will end up with a confused customer who uses the bath mat as a regular towel (yes, this actually happened).
On the bed, I have a fitted sheet and two standard pillows. Some workers prefer to use a `` drop sheet '' (i.e. a flat sheet that is placed over the bed, until the activity takes place on top of it), but I find changing the fitted sheet fast and easy, so I don't have to worry about dropping a sheet. I don't throw pillows or blankets or duvets or any of that. It's the more things get dirty and the more laundry for me. It might sound clinical, but I give a very luxurious feel in other ways and keep my wash to a minimum.

I keep my client's body lotion and deodorant simply and scent bad. I often buy Skin body lotion, which customers always comment on and seem to enjoy it. For deodorant, I buy the spray because it's much cleaner.
After working in brothels for years, I have a severe aversion to Listerine mouthwash. Its aroma reminds me of long gross transformations and moist poke-tongue snacks. I can not do that. Therefore, I use any mouthwash that is not Listerine. An important tip: Place the mouthwash on the customer's towel, so he or she has to hold the bottle to shower, and he will likely use the mouthwash. I also save a few plastic bottles so customers can use mouthwash in a hygienic way (although let's be honest, I bet they fool him out of the bottle when closing the bathroom door ...) If you want a more environmentally friendly option, you can leave the drinking glass next to Mouthwash for them to use. However, I've tried this one, and no one has used the glass ... I have to keep it simple!

We've put the basics out of the way - now it's all about creating that luxurious feel. I'm not talking about throwing pillows and blankets, but I do mean all about creating a cosy atmosphere so customers can feel comfortable and relaxed. Personally, I cannot stand in silence (especially during sex) so music is a must for me. I use Spotify (tax-free!) To play my favourite sensual tracks from The xx and Cigarettes After Sex. Your musical choices may vary depending on your brand and atmosphere.
I like to decorate my room with lots of greenery and flowers. If you struggle to keep plants alive, pothos/devil’s ivy is ideal because it is nearly impossible to kill and does not require much attention. Dried flowers are also a great and affordable option because you don't have to change them weekly as you do with fresh flowers.
Finally, I always like to offer my clients a drink upon arrival. This is a simple gesture, but I get a lot of comments
